TERMS & CONDITIONS

I, the applicant through my acceptance hereof agree that I become a member of AFMA, with all the rights and obligations that this entail, and as such will be bound to the AFMA membership Memorandum of Incorporation, codes, rules and conditions applicable to AFMA members, which include:

To promptly pay my AFMA membership fees when due by me, as may be amended from time to time at the AFMA Annual General Meeting.
To at all times comply to the provisions of the AFMA Memorandum of Incorporation and the AFMA Code of Conduct, including being audited by an independent third party within a period of three months after membership has been approved.
To upon cessation or termination of my membership, remain liable for membership fees in accordance with clause 9 of the AFMA Memorandum of Incorporation which states: A member shall cease to be a member of the Company if his membership is terminated in terms of Article 8 or upon expiry of a period of 6 (six) calendar months from the date of receipt by the Company of written notice of resignation from the member. A member who ceases to be a member shall nevertheless remain liable for membership fees for a 6 (six) calendar months period (notice period) in terms of his guarantee for the liabilities of the Company as provided for in the memorandum of association of the Company and in article 12.
